Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground.  International orders are shipped via USPS unless and account is provided. All duties or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We strive to ship as quickly as possible but please allow 14-21 business days for your order to arrive.  Items may be shipped separately.  Rush options are available for an additional fee, please email us to discuss.

Customers enrolled in our subscription will receive their packages once per month or once per quarter (depending on subscription type) at the beginning of each month.  You will be notified when items ship via e-mail.
